Agreements are made in Danish and typographical errors on the site are reserved.
The right of withdrawal applies only to private consumers who shop via www.aparts.dk. Businesses do not have the right of withdrawal.
Payment and delivery
We accept payment with MobilePay as well as Visa/ Mastercard.If an international payment card (for example Visa or Mastercard) is used, the order amount will be reserved on your bank account immediately. In case of a cancellation, the reservation of the amount will typically be released after 1-2 banking days. Some banks may, however, take up to 30 days to release a reservation.
The amount is only charged when the item is dispatched.
If you have ordered several items, and one of the items is backordered, we will only charge for that item when it is dispatched.
Prices are stated in DKK. Danish kroner and inclusive of VAT. In addition to the price, the cost for shipping and a packaging fee of 10 DKK will be added. You choose the shipping method at the end of the ordering process. A payment fee may be charged, depending on the chosen payment method.
We strive for you to receive your order no later than 5 days after your purchase, provided the item is in stock.

We deliver to Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Germany - (Shipping prices do not apply to non-bridge-connected islands. We do not offer shipping abroad - including Greenland and the Faroe Islands.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from an agreement without giving any reason within 14 daysThe withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods in one order, and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the withdrawal period expires when you or a third party other than the carrier acquires physical possession of the last goods.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
You withdraw by notifying us that you are withdrawing and you must send an e-mail stating that you withdraw to info@aparts.dk
You can use the statutory standard withdrawal form withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. The withdrawal form is included at the end of the order confirmation.
The withdrawal period is met if you send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Returning the item and return costs
If you have withdrawn from the purchase of an item, you must send the item to Aparts.dk ApS, Værkstedsvej 1, 4700 Næstved without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Items cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself.
Refund of the money upon withdrawal
When you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs.
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notification of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that the goods have been sent back.
We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Inspection of the item and packaging
Misorders: If the customer has ordered the wrong item themselves and wishes to return the item to Aparts.dk, a return/handling fee of 10% of the item's price after shipping costs will be deducted.
When returning: the original wrapping/packaging box must be unopened and 100% undamaged, and clean and tidy without tape etc. - IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT ABOUT how to send it back, call or write to us!
There must under NO CIRCUMSTANCES be greasy marks or other workshop traces.
Please note that the customer/sender is liable for any transport damage that occurs in connection with the return/shipment.
Notification must be sent by e-mail to info@aparts.dk and must be received by Aparts.dk no later than within 14 days of receipt.
Condition of the item on return: You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, in other words - you may only inspect the item in the same way as if the item was purchased in a physical store.
The item must under no circumstances have been installed/test-fitted and the original packaging must be unopened. 50% of the item's purchase price including shipping costs will be deducted for the shipment.
You should furthermore ensure that the item is properly packaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive it. Therefore keep the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.Complaints - If there is something wrong with the item
A 1 year warranty & 2 year right to complain is provided in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. A 1 year right to complain applies to businesses. Our complaint policy covers defects in material and/or manufacturing defects. Complaints do not apply in cases of incorrect or insufficient knowledge regarding installation, as well as lack of maintenance and misuse. Notwithstanding the above, Aparts.dk ApS's liability and warranty lapse if the item has been subjected to incorrect installation, improper handling or maintenance and use that is not in accordance with the manufacturer's or producer's instructions. Aparts.dk ApS is not liable for damage to other existing components that has occurred as a consequence of a defective component after installation. Aparts ApS is not liable for oral guidance and technical instructions. Aparts.dk ApS will cover return costs after prior agreement.

We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. We will not disclose information about customers/users to third parties, unless it is necessary to implement a transaction.
